Ingredients:
1.5 lbs. Basic Shredded Chicken
1 6oz container vanilla yogurt
2 Tbs. mayo with olive oil
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup finely chopped celery
Salt
Pepper
Wheat bread or rolls of choice
Directions: Combine chicken, yogurt, mayo, and celery in a bowl. Gently stir in blueberries. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
